The national award winning actress Thara showed her magnanimity on Friday evening by presenting Rs.10000 cheque to the veteran theatre artist B P Rajamma and veteran Kannada film actor Sadashiva Brahmavar.
At the fourth annual S P Varadaraju awards at Nayana Sabhagangana actress Thara was a surprise guest and even more surprising when she did the honors to the two veterans. There was round of applause for Thara when she handed over the cheque of Rs.10000 to the two veterans and presented a silk Saree for B P Rajamma and Silk dhoti and Shawl to Sadashiva Brahmavar.
